My name is Shay, and I’m a licensed and insured Tattoo & Permanent Makeup Artist, privately owned and proudly licensed here in Reno, Nevada. I specialize in Fineline, Color, GLITTER technique and tiny tattoos, as well as Microblading and Ombre Brows. My style is very detail-focused, soft yet bold, and designed to create pieces that feel personal, feminine, and timeless — whether it’s something delicate and minimal or fun and full of personality. I’ve always been a passionate artist — and maybe just a little bit OCD in the best way 🤷♀️😊 — which means I take my time and care deeply about every line, every curve, and every tiny detail. My goal is to make sure your piece heals beautifully and looks exactly how you envisioned (or better). My studio vibe is relaxed, creative, and welcoming. Think cozy but professional — good music playing, plants around the room, and an atmosphere where you can breathe, laugh, and feel comfortable being yourself. Cancellation Policy
NO REFUNDS. Things happen! If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible. There is a 50% cancelation fee if you do not communicate with me. NO EXCEPTIONS. Appointments that need to be canceled need to be done 3 days prior to avoid a cancelation fee. Deposits for tattoos are to hold your appointment only. 1 reschedule per deposit. Late fees and last min reschedules are $15. My time is precious, as is yours, so please consider the hardship you put on me when you cancel or reschedule last min. Thank you and see you soon 😘
